Fried Ice Cream


"We look for any excuse to celebrate. We look for any excuse to celebrate with food. This year I thought I'd share a recipe for deep fried ice cream. This is definitely one of those desserts that I don't make very often. In fact I rarely make anything that begins with "fried". My motto about dieting is: "if your going to go down...go BIG"
