Samsung officially annoces Galaxy Premier

Good news for the Samsung lovers and gadgets geeks in Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia and specially Russia!!

Samsung has officially announced Samsung Galaxy Premier, a special version of Samsung Galaxy series, something in between S-III and S-III mini for its customers living in regions mentioned above.

Samsung Galaxy Premier is laced with a 4.65-inch HD Super AMOLED display, HSPA+ or LTE service, and an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera.

The special version is based on a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, SGX 544 GPU, NFC and is powered by Android 4.1.

Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy Premier in Russia next month, followed by a Ukraine in December. Samsung Galaxy Premier will be available across Southeast Asia, China, and Korea somewhere in early 2013.

Official Jelly Bean (JB) Update For Galaxy S2 to be Released in November

OK this is good news for the gadget lovers and Samsung Galaxy SII users!!

While Samsung came out of the curtains and announced official Jelly Bean update for previous generation galaxy devices, the Korean giant has been quite silent regarding official announcement of Jelly Bean update for Galaxy S2. Samsung Sweden has confirmed to update the Galaxy S II to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean in November and also confirmed to update the Galaxy Note in Q4. Considering that we’re already in the fourth quarter of the year, we wouldn’t be surprised to see the Galaxy S2 receive the update at some point next month, with the phablet and tablet to receive it after the handset.

Samsung May Unveil Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet On August 15th

With Samsung releasing their flagship Android device earlier this month, all eyes are on Apple this fall, as a completely revamped iOS device is set to unveil this October. However this didn’t stop Samsung from once again diverting the attention of users to its other Galaxy product as they are speculated to unveil the next-gen Galaxy Note phablet in October as well, leaving Android users entertained once again, reports Wahaab JB at Chip Hazard.

Samsung 'runs out' of Galaxy S3 phones

The gadget lovers have made it difficult for Samsung to keep up with the demand-supply ratio as huge demand for the Galaxy S3 phone shows that Samsung simply hasn't been able to keep up - and has lost two million sales this month.

The handset is forecast to hit 10 million sales in two months - with demand fueled by lack of a credible rival from Apple.

‘It is simply that demand far exceeded our expectation. But that doesn't mean we had set a very conservative demand forecast,’ Samsung said.
